A Panchayati study field tour was organized by the Department of Political Science GDC Kargil to Panchayat Halqa Garkon – Darchik Aryan valley with an aim to aware the students about MGNREGA and other schemes of Panchayati Raj. The Tour incharge was Prof Tsewang Gailtsen Political Science GDC Kargil. The Program was flagoff by Prof Zahoor Political Science . Around 80 Students participated in the field Study tour of Panchayati Raj Institution.
