This is to inform all the students of UG 1st Semester Batch 2023 ,GDC Kargil that their external Practical Examination is scheduled to be held from 3rd November onwards as per the datesheet (Annexure-1) attached herewith.

This is to inform all the students of UG 3rd semester Batch 2022 (Regular/Backlog) GDC Kargil that their external practical examination will be held from 1 Nov 2023 onwards as per the datesheet (Annexure-1) attached herewith.

It is notified for the information of all concerned that an additional document on Examination and Evaluation has been added to the university NEP-2020 document as special chapters (Chapters – 22, 23 and 24). All the institutes wherein NEP – 2020 has been implemented from the current academic session 2023-24, shall be following the terms and conditions laid down in the document (Annexure – 1 and also available on university website www.uol.ac.in under NEP-2020).

In View of currently announced results of UG 6h semester batch 2020, all concerned students are advised to visit Examination section of college for any correction in marksheet or any other enquiry up to 07/07/2023. No application or representation regarding same will be entertained after this date.

For the first time MANUU is going to conduct it's entrance test at Kargil Ladakh (UT)
Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), has started online admission process for regular mode programmes offered at its Main Campus at Hyderabad, Satellite Campuses, Colleges of Teacher Education (CTEs) and Polytechnics across the country for the Academic year 2023-2024. MANUU, is accredited with “A+” grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
The only University offering courses at higher education level through Urdu medium, has introduced Urdu Culture Studies and Comparative Studies in PhD, M.Sc. in (Physics, Chemistry, Botany & Zoology) and M.Voc in (Medical Imaging Technology & Medical Laboratory Technology). It has also launched full-time PG Diploma in Teaching English, part time Diploma Programmes in Pashto, French, Russian, Islamic Studies and part time certificate programmes in Telugu, Kashmiri, Turkish from this academic year.
According to the notification released by Prof. Ishtiaque Ahmed, Registrar, the last date for submission of online application for entrance based courses is May 28, 2023 whereas online applications for merit based courses can be submitted till July 24, 2023.

As per the notification UOL/2022/COE-11/765 dated 10.10.2022, the Backlog examination for U.G. 1st to 4th Semeters
batch 2016-2019 shall be held from 25.11.2022. The following officials are hereby deputed on various duties for the Smooth conduct of the examination.

It is hereby notified for the information of all the concerned that the practical exams of UG 1s semester backlog batch 2020-2021 shall be held as per datesheet attached herewith (Annexure-A to Annexure-D)

It is for the information of the candidates bearing following roll numbers, that they have resorted in use of unfair means/misconduct in the University examinations of UG 2nd and 6th semester to appear before the committee for scrutiny of Unfairmeans and practice on 3rd of November, 2022 sharply at 10:30 am in the office chamber of the Controller of Examinations (Kurbathang, Kargil). If a candidate fails to appear before the said committee, it shall be presumed that he/she has no clarification to say against his/her defence and the decision of the Unfairmeans Committee shall be binding on him/her under rule.
